ما هي شعبة المكاتب

شعبة المكاتب

حسب نظام مزاولة أي فرع من فروع النقابة يحوي شعبتين تضم جميع المهندسين المنتسبين للفرع ضمنها حسب طبيعة عمل كل مهندس

  • شعبة الموظفين: وتضم كافة المهندسين المنتسبين للفرع العاملين ضمن مؤسسات القطاع العام او المشترك ويسمون الموظفون حيث لا يستطيع المهندس الموظف ممارس العمل الهندسي الحر.
  • شعبة المكاتب: وتعتبر عماد العمل الهندسي للفرع يرأس شعبة المكاتب أحد أعضاء مجلس الفرع ويسمى رئيس شعبة المكاتب. تضم شعبة المكاتب كافة المهندسين الغير موظفين والذين يمارسون العمل الهندسي الحر اما ضمن مكاتب هندسية او شركات هندسية استشارية. تشرف شعبة المكاتب على عمل المكاتب الهندسية وتعتبر المسؤولة عن تطبيق نظام مزاولة مهنة الهندسة
